Martin D12-28 1971

This is the exact model and year of David Gilmour’s guitar which he used to record Pink Floyd’s “Wish You Were Here,” capturing that legendary sound for generations. It’s a player’s instrument with plenty of wear: heavy overspray on the top, replaced bridge, and repaired damage on the upper bout from the fretboard around the 15th fret to the soundhole. Some work was done on the neck and the fretboard is a little crooked....the guitar IS PLAYABLE but there may be a problem with the high E slipping off the fretboard at the higher frets.
